Absorption rate of TheXOXO briefs
Each menstrual cycle is unique, and even within one cycle your flow can vary - both in intensity and in the composition of your menstrual blood. Analyse your flow and find out which level of absorbency of TheXOXO briefs suits you best!
Our menstrual and incontinence underwear is available in absorbencies from 1 to even 12 tampons. Check below which levels suit your menstrual flow or urine loss. This can of course vary depending on the day of your period.
You can wear your underwear for an average of 6 to 8 hours, depending on the volume of your period and the type of underwear you are wearing. If you have heavier periods, we recommend more frequent changes.
As soon as the seams of your menstrual panties become wet/soaked, it is a good idea to change your panties.

First use
Wash your TheXOXO briefs at 30° to activate their absorbency.
Take good care of TheXOXO underpants after each use

Dry them outdoors and avoid using the tumble dryer.
Using a tumble dryer can damage the absorbent part of menstrual panties, so we suggest air drying or drying on a radiator.
