If your flow is super heavy then we recommend using disposable products (pads) as well (at least for the first ultra heavy flow days - just to gain confidence).

Of course, period panties can be worn overnight. They are designed to provide comfort, protection and absorbency for up to 8 hours, depending on the model and your flow.
How many pairs of period panties do I need?
It is recommended to have at least 3-5 pairs of period panties, depending on the length of your period and your flow. You can always wash and reuse them throughout your cycle!
